Patronix I'm following Burg from the start on his YouTube channel with his trademark Synth the Korg MS20 and the Volca gadgets. His studio grew with his music and this album is embracing all of that. Lush soundscapes with hypnotic arps and dreamy sequences and a dash of heavenly solo's. Beautiful! Favorite track: Slow Collider.

Trace Reddell BURG's work always combines great textures with excellent melodic and rhythmic sequencing. I can live inside of these tracks. The music holds a space for me while offering enough surprises to reward many repeated listenings. I don't like to just listen for possible influences or associations, but this album excites me because beyond expected Berlin School elements, some of the keyboard playing has a progressive or psych rock feel (even Ray Manzarek/Doors feel!!) to it. Favorite track: The Great Nothing.

Transitions is a story about musical metamorphosis and our personalities changing shape as we transition through time. All the things and memories lost can be found again if we focus on learning how to decode their new form.

For best effect, play it loud, in the dark, alone.
